| PAST ISSUE # 95 Questions Kids Ask About God Question: Is it all right to pray to dead holy people for help? Answer: No, it is not right to pray to dead holy people. We should pray only to Jesus for help as He is our main intercessor (Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25), and He is God who is all powerful, all knowing and all present (Ephesians 1:19-23; Colossians 2:10). Furthermore, it is considered a sin to consult the dead (Deuteronomy 18:11). And praying to the dead indicates our lack of faith in God to hear our prayers and help us. Thank You that You answer all the prayers of Your children. (At this time, you may like to ask God to help you, e.g. illness, bad habits, school problems, unsaved love ones, etc.) I ask all of these in Your precious, mighty Name, Amen. Last words...
