| PAST ISSUE # 112 Questions Kids Ask About God Question: How do I choose the right church for me? Answer: You should pray and ask God to help you find a good church. You may ask your Christian relatives or friends to bring you to their church. While you search for a church which is right for you, It is important to remember that there is no perfect church in this world. In the Bible, we read that the churches in Corinth, Ephesus, and many others were not perfect as they had problems. The most ideal church was the church in Philadelphia which was commended by Jesus Christ (Revelation 3:7-10). Even though, the churches today are still not perfect, many strive to be perfect for the second coming of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:13; Revelation 19:7). Therefore, knowing that there is no perfect church, it is even more important to ask God to help us find the right church for us. In the next issue, we will explore the characteristics of an ideal church. Related topic in Issue # 30, 42 & 43.
